Service Rates
My rate is $75 an hour for in-your-home service.Phone, remote* and email support is available at $50 an hour, with a 30 minute minimum.
Fees are charged in 1/2 hour increments with a 1 hour minimum for Berkeley, Albany, Oakland,
El Cerrito, Emeryville and Richmond.
There is a 2 hour minimum for towns not listed above within a 30 minute drive. Call for other towns.
When possible, I make emergency calls before/after hours (before 9 am and after 7 pm, 7 days a week), and my on site fee will be $120 an hour.
I take cash, checks, and credit cards via paypal.
*Requires a Logmein account.
Each service call gets one follow up email/phone call. Additional support is charged at the normal rate.
